Zha_toolkit error message still showing in logs after removal

I’m trying to resolve an issue that’s preventing me form upgrading from HAOS 11.1 to HAOS 11.5 and it was suggested that this might be connected to an unsupported integration. I checked my roll back log file and found the following message.

2024-03-16 08:43:11.105 WARNING (SyncWorker_1) [homeassistant.loader] We found a custom integration zha_toolkit which has not been tested by Home Assistant. This component might cause stability problems, be sure to disable it if you experience issues with Home Assistant

I uninstalled ZHA toolkit, and then HACs, and rebooted, but I’m still getting the above message even when neither ZHA_Toolkit or HAC is supposedly installed.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Remove the zha_toolkit subdirectory from /config/custom_components

First place I looked, there isn’t a folder and I ran a search on the entire custom components folder and there was no reference to anything containing the string zha in any case.

Well, that’s really the only situation where this message is printed, afaik.

Now, that’s definitely not what prevents you to upgrade. You get this message for each and every custom component.

OK, but other users have found that custom components are preventing them from upgrading.
