Hey guys, i have been having an issue with one of my roller blind controllers. It was working now one of them is not responding to inputs from HA. workls fine with physical button etc. HA is reading its data no worries but it cant be controlled.
I get the error: Failed to perform the action cover/close_cover. Failed to send request: Failed to deliver message: <sl_Status.ZIGBEE_DELIVERY_FAILED: 3074>

Has anything changed? Not just in the Zigbee network, but in the environment generally? Wi-fi competes with Zigbee for resources, so adding, for example, a Bluetooth proxy near the blind might make a difference. Has your neighbour got a new router?
I see you only have two Zigbee routers. A couple more might improve the resilience of the network.

Nothing has changed that I can think of. it was working yesterday and then last night no dice. I might get a couple of zigbee routers and go from there.
One of the zigbee routers is about 40cm away from it which is closer than the other blind that works fine
Edit: i rolled back to last known config that worked. It showed as connected to the other devices but was still not responding to open / close commands. I then reloaded the latest backup and it has gone back to not connected to anything.
I guess i reset it and start agin for that particular device.
