Zigbee Issue with Sengled Bulbs

I’m having some issues working with some Sengled Zigbee Bulbs. Once I setup the Zigbee Integration they are found. However, they always show up as unavailable. I have tried removing the Integration and reinstalling along with resetting the bulbs with the 10 switch flips with the same results, Here are the details…

Home Assistant Green
SkyConnect
Sengled E11-G13

I just started using Zigbee recently and am not that familiar with it. Is there anything I am unaware of that I should do to get this working? Thanks.

Please review the entire section in the cookbook related to zigbee. If. You’re new to it it contains critical info about the protocol. To help this kind of thing.

Next something special about those sengled. They are NOT zigbee routing devices (they don’t repeat signals like lost other line powered zigbee devices do - on purpose, that’s the exact reason many choose sengled zigbee when they need it.)

So you likely don’t have as many repeating devices as you expect. Therefore range really matters.

Its all in the cookbook. Read the come back after you’ve reviewed what you have installed VS. The cookbook.

That said. Let us know all the critical info into the cookbook troubleshooting post and there are plenty of folk to help.

Thanks, Will do.
