Zigbee Sonoff Sensor doesn't update

I’ve got ZHA with the Skyconnect dongle. One of my Sonoff temp sensors stopped working after I added some other Sonoff sensors.
When I put it in pairing mode, I can add it again to ZHA but it doesn’t update temperature and humidity.

Clicking reconfigure shows yellow warnings for all properties.

All other devices are fine. I’ve also restarted HA.

It’s been about 20 hours now since the problem started.

What’s the best process to solve this? Should I completely delete it?
I’m new to ZHA so still figuring out what to do in such cases.

Thanks @Hedda. Very useful.
I think it has gotten worse after I added 2 bulbs from Aliexpress. They work fine but end devices (sonoff temp sensors) now randomly stop responding, as they now connect to the bulbs instead of the dongle.

Before I had the bulbs, all sensors connected to the dongle and worked fine.

Guess the bulbs are low quality.

Just wondering if switching from ZHA to Z2M would help? Or just get better bulbs?

Zigbee network mesh will work exactly the same, so I would remove those bulbs regardless.
