Zigbee Underfloor Heater Thermostat History Chart

Hi,
i use Moes Zigbee Underfloor Heating Thermostat.
They work good.
But it´s not possible to show History Chart.
Anybody has an Idea?

What does the sensor look like? Any chance you are filtering this out for the recorder?

i want to record hvac_mode
But i dont know how?
I use Z2M for Zigbee Devices

Seems not wrong … other entities do have history?
