I experience the same problem with Zigbee2Mqtt.
My HA is running on a Raspberry Pi 3 (with 1 GB of RAM), and I was wondering if memory could be the problem.

Please share the result to see if this resolves your issue, and if so, I can consider upgrading to RPI 5

I migrate to RPI5 (format SD card with fresh HA for RPI5 and restore the backup).
Test in progress.

There’s no wondering. 1GB is simply NOT enough for both HA and Z2M. The recommended minimum just for HA is 2GB. If you have addons, you’ll need more like 4GB (although I would go with 8GB to give enough room for expansion).

You don’t need to upgrade to a rPi5. A rPi4 with 8GB of RAM is plenty fast enough to run HA and addons (like Z2M).

After couple of days on RPi5, I haven’t anymore crash.
I think more ram is the solution.

Thanks cause I was searching solution for months.

I can add also new plugins.
