Hassio user for years. I toke a break for a year because Home Assistant seemed to be too fragile. Then in 2018 I started up again and with Hassbian being released - it had to be more stable and with Lovelace UI and an IOS App it all began to look interesting.

My wildest dream regarding hassio is to get my home office heated up when I’m scheduled to work from home. But that might be fare-out in the future. I’m testing home climate thermostats at the moment but I don’t know if hassio is able to control it. And then I need to get it all connected to my google calendar.

I’m fumbling around with Node-red and I still need to see the real benefits of this semi-development tool. It is not easy to use and you need to know JS and JSON to be able to make use of it.

I’m a senior business consultant as profession. And for me usability and business IT and customer experience is my addiction.
