Been building my HA since (2021) currently running on a Intel NUC with 2 zigbee coordinators running both Zigbee2MQTT and ZHA. ZHA has all the lighting on it and Z2M has all the sensors and security stuff.

Currently have around 200 devices and 70 automations running.

Personally, I retired from a large computer company in 2019 and spend my time automating home, volunteering at 2 charities and sailing in the summer.
