0.109: New integrations page and weather card, frontend lost weight

I lost my two Chromecast audios and my Google Home. All three are “unavailable” since upgrading from 108.9 to 109.x.

Edit: I am not using spotcast. They are on a separate VLAN on a Unifi network and were previously working flawlessly.

Just updated to Supervisor 220! What an update! So nice. Thanks to all involved dev!

Hi I’ve come here looking to resolve the same issue. Have you had any luck?

You are correct. I have checked the issue tracker but found none. I will raise one now! Thanks!

I have the same issue with my three shellys. They work when I trigger them via an automation or if I use the shelly http interface. But the buttons dont work except the stop button. My best guess is that this is somewhat interface-related.

Apparently this issue is known and hopefully gets a fix soon.

Same here. Another VLAN, both GHM and Chromecast ceased working after update

Hi, after upgrade to 109.2 and Supervisor 220 I receive following messages and have lost connection to Frontend:

ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.hassio.http]
Client error on api os/info request Cannot connect to host 172.30.32.2:80 ssl:None
[Connect call failed ('172.30.32.2', 80)]

Any idea how to fix?

Ok I seemed to have fixed my issue with my mqtt cover not working after update. I went to the states menu where it said the current state of my garage doors where unknown. I changed the current state from unknown to off and now they work again. I can’t say for how long they will work, but for now they work fine. I can’t explain how that resolved the problem but I’m hoping this may help others who are having the same problem as myself.

Same issue here as well, open and close buttons are grayed out. Although calling service cover.open_cover still controls it from developers tools menu.

Guys! I neither have the new integrations page nor the new weather card. I had this a few weeks back and was only able to get the new features by setting HA up from scratch and using a backup.

I cleared the browser cache but I had no changes. Anyone an idea what to do without setting everything up from the beginning?

You probably haven’t upgraded yet then.

and solved here! https://github.com/home-assistant/frontend/issues/5683 made by @SeLLeRoNe
Paulus even added an extra guard now, so in fact I’m glad we stumbled on this issue, helping HA get more robust by it

Oh no…you´re right :man_facepalming: For some reason then the update didnt went through…I´ll check it

Very nice another update but unfortunately too many times something breaks. Last time the colour scheme, now the Google Home mini’s are no longer available. Once I manage to fix it I think I will not update anymore and stay at a current version for a longer time.

I’ve submitted issue with it yesterday. Lost all Google Home devices and Chromecasts I had.
What is strange that I have to setups - on main, nothing is showing up - not by manual configuration or through integration, but on test setup it’s working…
Same network, same everything…

Have you checked your log?
Google Cast is working fine for me.

Similar for me. Upgraded from 108.9 to 109.x and lost cast devices.

Yes, the first place I looked. Strangely no entries about Google Home or Cast…
It does always give a lot of errors about my TV, since its wifi turns off or goes in hibernation mode. Makes total sense.
To test, I activated 1 of my Google Home Minis and restarted HA, but that didnt help.

Is the integration loaded in integrations?
