0-10V control and Smart Grid relais

Hi there,
2 questions today:

we recently installed a Panasonic T-Cap heatpump in our house. There are three Smart Grid “SG ready” contacts: VCC, BIT 1 and BIT2.
Opening and shorting these contacts does the following:

1: Is there some kind of relay module that i can control these contacts with in HA?

I can fine tune the input amperage via a 0-10V control, where 1V = 10% power 2V=20%, 3V=30% and so on. Currently i have a potentiometer installed and can manually turn it.

2: Is there some HA comptible module for that? I have seen this and this, would these work?

Thanks for your help!

Should be able to control that from an ESP-home controlled ESP8266.
And relays is also easy to control from an ESP.
But relays have a tendency to stick, take that in to consideration.
