after upgrading from 112.4 to 115, HA lost contact with both of my Google Nest Minis and with Nest Home as well
entities still exit, but cannot send tts to them
downgrading to a 112.4 snapshot solves the problem
Um… how do you do a downgrade? Good to know.
FYI. Just did the upgrade. All my google devices work fine - tts not an issue for me. Or at least one hasn’t materialised yet. Hope it syays this way and you get sorted. 
went back to a full snapshot which was done on 112.4

unfortunately lots of my wall switch related automations use tts (like google robotwoman saying ‘living room scene x activated’), so they also all get halted by the tts error…
same happened for me already when upgrading to 114 major version, had to revert to 112 snapshot
