0.38 - Logbook issues

  1. Lost the refresh wheel at top right of page

  2. Seems to be displaying logbook entries with newest at bottom of list, and oldest top.

Logbook is not even loading for me after upgrade

Similar results with the .38 update, running on synology docker setup.
