0.45.x: Telegram broken again, not receiving messages from account without last name?

So far I tried 0.45.0 and 0.45.1 and in both versions receiving Telegram messages from accounts without a last name doesn’t work (again). I reverted back to 0.44.1 and it works fine.

Has the bug been reintroduced? Will 0.45.2 contain a fix?
