I’m getting the same issue recently. Was there ever a fix for this error?

Ditto, just started getting this too. I’m on 0.83.3.

Just to follow up… my issue ended up being glitch on my firewall. My Home Assistant could not talk to my Apple TV. I fixed the rule and the issue has been fixed.

My Apple TVs do this constantly. It ends up breaking the functionality completely. The fix for me is to reboot the Apple TV. Once it’s rebooted, the component works correctly.

I have 4 Apple TVs in my house though and this is super frustrating. Mostly, they’re just always broken.

Is there a line on what’s causing this or how we could prevent it?

After a little more research I see that this was resolved with 0.84.x release. Yay!
