I have a camera that used to error saying stream never started (which was wrong as the camera worked on every other device), I updated HA and now its just a still image with blurry quality. On all other devices this camera is working perfectly.
I cant figure out how or why this single camera, on a single device isn’t working…
Camera is a reolink poe doorbell running through ONVIF. I have 2 displays I use for HA which are both from the same manufacturer. Camera works on one, but not the other.
It seems i’m unable to clear the cache on my device. I can’t find anything within the webpage on the device to clear cache. This device has the webpage added via its UI so its not a standard edge, chrome etc where I can just press F12.
Is there a way to do that from within the HA webpage on the device?
Edit: I’ve changed what source the device uses, then changed back to webpage feed and signed back in but still no luck.
For the iOS Companion app you can clear the frontend cache in Settings → Companion App → Debugging → Reset frontend cache. Then pull down on any page to refresh.
For the Android HA Companion App I believe you have to delete the cache in the main device settings. Something like Settings → Apps → HASS → Clear Storage / Clear Cache
