1 camera on 1 device not working

hey guys,

I have a camera that used to error saying stream never started (which was wrong as the camera worked on every other device), I updated HA and now its just a still image with blurry quality. On all other devices this camera is working perfectly.

I cant figure out how or why this single camera, on a single device isn’t working…

Integration?
Camera make?
Code / settings?
Updated HA from which version to which version?
What devices does it look fine on?
Which devices does it look blurry on?
What is the actual error displayed?

Oh sorry I see, wasnt too sure about what info might be required as other people with different cameras may have had the same issue.

Camera is a reolink POE doorbell, running through ONVIF. No code or other settings applied, purely just pulling the main stream in and displaying in a grid card configuration.

Looks fine across all mobile devices, and my other tabletop display (same brand as the wall panel that the cameras not working on).

The only device it looks blurry on is the single device that the camera isnt working on for some reason. There’s no error at all with it that I can see. Its weird, it’s been running fine for atleast a month, then randomly the other day just stopped.

These ‘devices’ that you are viewing on, are you looking at the stream in the Home Assistant app / web interface? or the Reolink app / camera interface?

On the device thats not working with the camera, its running the web interface. The table panel I have thats the same brand is running the web interface aswell and working perfectly. Checked on 2 iPhones running the HA app and those are working aswell.
