I am new to HA but not computers but man I feel I need help getting started. Would you let me know if you feel this is a good configuration setup to start my journey?

Meanwhile, as long as your Eeros are in router mode (which is standard), your configuration should work just fine. Eero has a subscription (Eero Plus I believe) that offers some good security features.
You can find your device IP address in the Eero app. I don’t know what manufacturer name will be assigned to the device. Just look for wired devices connected to your first Eero device and it will be there.
