I have a shop building with it’s own power meter and my house with a separate meter. Is there a way to get two Energy cards?

Not sure what you mean by “energy card”. There is only one instance of the Energy Dashboard though.
You can make your own dashboards with third party and core cards. You might have to make a few template sensors too.
