Automation for working room.
ESP8266 (Nr. 1) with MQTT working via iobroker. 1 Button for Main Light and another one for Sockets triggering some Equipment. (Works as expected)
Next Step:
Another ESP8266 (Nr. 2) with two encoders controlling two LED Stripes for PC and Working Area.
How do i get an working yaml for this porpose to flash another ESP?
So lets put it together what is needed:
- Rotary encoder 1 - Brightness Control of LED Stripe 1 and Button ON/OFF local and MQTT
- Rotary encoder 2 - Brightness Control of LED Stripe 2 and Button ON/OFF local and MQTT
- LED Stripes at 50% at entering the Room controlled via push button 3 from (ESP Nr. 1) via MQTT
- Encoders use GPIO16/14/12/13 for the encoder
- GPIO0/2 for the buttons
- LED Driver are wired to GPIO4/5
Next Steps for the weekend:
- Working encoders
- Working buttons
- storing and restoring last dimmer values
- Publishing values and states via MQTT (for futher processing)
- contolling everything via MQTT from iobroker
And everything for the Weekend? I think that’s not possible…
… but lets do it…
