2-Way smart switch wiring without neutral

I have two dumb light switches in my hallway that can both turn on/off the ceiling lamp:

And the only way I can see to connect my smart switch is to use two of them and power them in parallel like this:

But would this work? The manual doesn’t document a case like this.
Also: Would it even be possible to make this show up as one toggle light switch in HA?

I’m using these Sonoff LBMINI-L2 smart witches btw which do not require a neutral-wire.

The manual is suggesting that you only need a single LBMINI-L2 to get 2-way switching to work:

But this would obviously not work because I would need 3 or 4 connections between the electrical boxes, but as shown in the first photo, I only have two.
In the following two pictures you can see that if I were to put the smart switch in one of the electrical boxes, there would have to be one or two additional wires going to the other electrical box:

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

I don’t think you can make this work the way you are trying since that setup relies on different switching directions sending the current in different directions. (If you have relays with three poles you might be able to do it, but most of the in-wall devices I’ve seen assume one pole is always live.)

What I would do instead is have one relay control the light and then the other just act as a smart switch that sends a toggle to the first one when pressed.

It often takes more time to draw these schemes than bring continuous L wire to the ceiling lamp. There you have N as well.

Replace/convert the switches to retractive then install the relay like this. That way you don’t need to add new cables.

And change the switch type

Thank you, that saved my ass. Had to replace the switches with push-button-style ones, but now it works like a charm.
