2 Zigbee Networks 1 Home Assistance instance?

The story is I have my server running in a building next to my house but the current Zigbee dongle i have ( SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus Gateway) does not reach into my house. I have tried to run smart plugs that would be routers and it does not keep connection. Recently I went ahead and bought a new gateway to run in my house ( SMLIGHT SLZB-06 - Zigbee 3.0) while i keep the Sonoff 3.0 Dongle in the other building. Is there a way through home assistant that I will be able to have these two Zigbee networks on my single instance of Home Assistance? I am new to home assistance so I am still learning. Please help if you can I would greatly appreciate advice.
Thank you all!

You can run ZHA + zigbee2mqtt, or multiple instances of zigbee to mqtt.

You can run two Zigbee networks, but only one instance of ZHA - so one ZHA and one Z2M would be fine.

Bear in mind, though, that your Zigbee devices can only belong to a single network, so you would have to divide them between the two. You might end up with two weak networks rather than one stable one.

How are you going to connect your HA server to the dongle in the other building?

I have an ethernet cable going to the other building to relay communication. Basically the building that i have the HA server in now has all of my networking equipment and how it communicates to the main building is through an ethernet cable going to a managed switch that then goes to an AP connecting most things in the house. I will be connecting the SLZB-06 off of the managed switch in the main building
