I have test the updated Actionable Notification sending to notify.notify with text, images and actions. It works perfect on my iPad and my wife’s iPhone, but not on my iPhone. I get text and images, but no actions. All are running lastet OS and HA app - and have as far as I can see same system notification settings. Any idea on what I am missing?

If you haven’t yet, you may need to restart after upgrading to 2021.5 to get the dynamic actions to initially work. There’s some kind of issue with the initial install that makes them not show up, but it doesn’t appear to happen any time afterwards.
The old support advice “Try a reboot” never fails. Now it works. Thanks.
