2023.5 update not available

I am currently on 2023.4.6 and HAOS 10.1
When checking for updates, the 2023.5 update does not show. When checking the logs it shows

Update of update.home_assistant_core_update is taking over 10 seconds

when running ha refresh-updates via the terminal add-on it returns

Unexpected server response. Status code: 403

I have never had this issue for any updates and I couldn’t find any solution other than a fresh install when searching around. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might be able to fix this?

never even occurred to me that it wasn’t available - spotted the Everything Smart Home video and assumed it would be available

I am not able to update from 2023.4.6 to 2023.5.2. HA is suggesting that I install the update, but when I press the install button it gives the rotating arrow for a second or two then reverts back to prompting for me to install it and reports that I am still out of date. I’ve looked at Repairs and there doesn’t seem to be an issue. Any thoughts?
