Is there anything that you can recommend similar to the screen in the video I saw on Youtube? Because this screen is likely to be an android tablet and the important thing for me is that only the screen becomes active when it detects movement.

Odds are, that’s just a touchscreen monitor with USB-C DP connected to a tablet. You’d use Fully Kiosk or Wallpanel on the tablet. I’m fairly certain with Fully (and positive with WallPanel) that you can dim/brighten the screen based on a motion sensor.
