24h time format

Hi!

Haven’t found a way to configure 24h format for calendar, logbook etc… Is there a way to change this??

And if this is not possible where can I suggest it?

I am not sure if it is presently possible.

All times are, or course, stored in UTC, so it should be easy-ish to implement.
