Places like PCBWay and other similar circuit board and small fab shops also do 3d printing. Maybe there’s one in Europe?
If you can’t find someone local, I’ll throw out a recommendation for JLC-3DP. I’ve had good experiences with them.

Why not just go to a makerspace?
There should be plenty in a place, like Liverpool.
And what would that involve
That depends on the place.
Sometimes you just go in and rent a timeslot on the printer.
so it’ll still cost and I don’t know what I’m doing
