4 x LUUMR Smart LED G9 2,5W CCT ZigBee

I have four of these Zigbee LED lights. After adding them to HA, two of them looks right but two of them is seen as if I could change the color? (AFAIK they cannot show different colors, only different color temperatures).

How could this be… is it possible that they are different hardware versions? Can I force HA to see the color lights as the other two which only can change temperature?

I use Skyconnect Zigbee and they were added as “TS0502B by _TZ3210_tqwyiitv” (Tuya)

Data from two of them:

And the other two:

max_mireds: 500
supported_color_modes: color_temp

First try deleting them and repairing.
I had a similar problem with some light bulbs that didn’t load the right configuration while paired for the first time.

However that didn’t work for some cheap light bulbs that I got. They were not showing the RGB controls.
After disassembling them I discovered that some parts were badly installed and had to resolder some components. Now everything works fine.

Thanks for the tip! Now it’s working as expected and here is what I did:

  1. Removed the two bulbs that were identified wrong via HA>Zigbee. They entered pairing mode.
  2. Added them again. One was OK, the other was identified as a color bulb (again).
  3. Removed the one that still was a color bulb. Added it again. Now also this one was OK.

So now they all looks the same in HA and all controls are working.

And while doing this I also checked how they all were physically connected, maybe they all weren’t fully connected to their sockets. Maybe the chandeliers “fault” or a weakness of the G9 bulb.
