403: Forbidden - Fix with CLI?

Hi there,
is there a way to fix the 403 error with the HomeAssistant CLI only ? Can anyone please help me ? I am running HomeAssistant in a VM and don’t have access to the files. HA is running, but I can’t access it due to the 403: Forbidden error. I would like to backup some files and settings and transfer them to my new Yellow device.
