Has anyone tested to connect HA to a 4G router and then connect to it remote? Work ok?
Depends how you are connecting.
Dynamic DNS wont work because of CGNAT. (HA can still send notifications though).
VPN or Nabu Casa should work.
You can also use a sim with public IP. Very simple but I have not tested yet
