500 Internal Server Error from external for addon (but not with Home Assistant App)

I looked through the posts for number of these and can’t find the same issue, (maybe it is there)
I have AdGuard, DuckDNS, Configurator, Terminal installed

If I connect from outside my house (using https://mydomain.duckdns.org:8123
l can login, see all the dashboard OK, see the log and history
If I try from the left hand mane to get Configurator, AdGuard or Terminal I get
500 Internal Server Error
Server got itself in trouble

However if I connect the same way but through the Home-Assistant app on my phone these addons render perfectly well.
If I connect internally via a browser (via 192.168.1.x:8123) it works fine.

Happy to provide a log - there is nothing unusual in home-assistant.log, is there an easy way to pick up any other logs that might help?

Additional:
If I go in through Hass.io, click the addon, then in addon details click Open Web UI I get the error:
401: Unauthorized

Hello CestLaGalere,

I have exactly the same problem
For the configurator, I have enabled the port forwarding but it doesn’t help
If I found a solution i will let you know

I found it worked in the home assistant app but not in the chrome browser, cleared multiple bits of history from chrome (can’t remember exactly what in addition to cookies) and it now seems OK.

Thanks for the information
I have tried to delete cached data & cookies but no luck, the problem is still here
