86.1 climate on OLD frontend

Hi,

I just upgraded to 86.1 and I’m still using the old frontend.
It looks like the climate has changed in the frontend. Now it’s a round gauge where I only can change the temperature and nothing else. I can’t even select ON or OFF.
Before I could change all settings of my airco (melcloud) and have a nice graph of the actual and requested temperature.
Is there any way to get this type back?
Or is there a way to add a simple ON/OFF switch or dropdown to select the mode (heat/cool/off/on)?

OK but even when I’m looking to the thermostate card in Lovelace there is only the temperature dial but no ON/OFF switch…

You’re right, on the current documentation page, none of the thermostat card’s icons suggest they control powerstate (on/off).

However, I believe the documentation page is stale. The fan icon on the right suggests it controls the fan’s operation. This is now a powerstate icon in the current version of the thermostat card.
