A backup cannot be restored on a new installation

Hello guys.

I had to reinstall Home Assistant on a new SD card due to issues with the previous one. Fortunately, I have a full backup that was created every day and I still have it.
As far as I remember, I updated everything in May, and version 10.1 was installed at that time.
Currently, on the new SD card, I have the latest version, 10.2.
The problem is that I’m unable to restore any of the full backups or even partial backups. When I open Home Assistant in browser, select the desired backup to restore, nothing happens. check the screenshot. After a few seconds, it becomes unavailable from the browser, although I can still ping it. If I restart it (by unplugging and plugging back in the power), it greets me with a fresh Home Assistant setup, showing the “onboarding.html” page with “create new user” option.
The device I’m using is an RPi 4. Does anyone have any ideas about what the problem might be?

How long did you wait? It can take a while. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

If it does not work from the onboarding screen, create a user, copy your backup to HA and restore from settings - system - backups

Thank you guys, I let the restore process run overnight, and by morning it was successful. According to the logs, it took about 3 hours.
