A card with plug socket toggle switch and power usage

I cannot find which card this is.

I’ve seen in an image on a blog post that someone has a card which shows a toggle to turn on and off plugs or appliances, but it also shows data from that device. For example, a plug may show wattage and voltage alongside the toggle, or a fridge appliance shows temperature and humidity beside the power toggle.

I cannot find what card this is, and it doesn’t specify in the blog post. Can anyone suggest how I can make this myself?

Looks to me like a glances card at the top, followed by an entities card, using the multiple-entity-row row element.
