A safe extern communication without duckdns?

Is there an other method beside duckdns to have external login on HA?

I do now have duckdns running, but then TTS is not working because of SSL.

Or is there a possibility to run TTS when base_url is https://mydns.duckdns.org:8123?
Because now or TTS is not functioning (base_url is ending with :8123) and duckdns is
or TTS is running (base_url without :8123 at the end) and duckdns remote login is not working

Not necessary anymore.
I did get it working, by adding a specific url_base at TTS

HI, i have the same problem. i have duckdns installed but no luck with base_url.
Did you use an IP or duckdns url?

thanks

I do use a duckdns url without :8123 as base_url for tts. But I didn’t fix my problem if Duckdns is down.

Ok did you set it in config.yalm at http: or tts: options? With or without https://?

Thanks

base_url: https://myname.duckdns.org:8123
