I am at university (currently home for the holidays), and I have my HA based at home as it more convenient and so my family can still control the devices easily.
For the most part this is fine, I only have one kind of smart device with me (smart plugs), but they use Tuya so can still be controlled by my HA from home logged into the account.
I have a raspberry pi in my uni flat and I was wondering if there was a way I could use HA (and IFTTT if necessary) to communicate with my pi to essentially mimic the WOL switch across the two networks (So the on-status of the computer is monitored and I can wake it up remotely)
I wouldn’t mind having to run another HA over there to communicate, as I don’t use the pi for anything atm, I just don’t have any idea how to go about it.
