I know there is a supposed way to do that right now, but it doesn’t work. Integrations trash button don’t do nothing and removed entities keeps showing.

It doesn’t look there will be changing something if this problem exist already a year. I have the same problem, entity you don’t want or you don’t have anymore, devices who are gone for a long time. You can delete them hide them ignore them or remove them. They always come back it’s a complete mess.
