this should probably be a WTH… but unfortunately, I’m too late for it.
Right now, the only way to extend an existing utility meter with another tariff (in addition to existing ones) seems, to delete the existing one and create it (use exact same name, tariff names, etc.) again with the additional tariff.
I would love to be able to add another tarrif (or maybe, delete an existing one) by just editing the options of the existing utility meter.
the “more info” dialog is showing the available tariffs
in the advanced options, you can’t add / remove / rename existing tariffs.
In my case, I am using the tariff option, to reflect which car is currently connected to the ev-charger and count the kwh of the device meter for each car
So, yes - the utility meter is some kind of a workaround here, but fits my needs perfectly (with the given limitation, that I can’t easily change the tariffs)
there are already some topics here in this forum with the same question:
based on the last topic, it seems that this only needs to be implemented in the UI - as you can easily add another tariff in YAML…
