I have checked the docs but cant find a way to do this… Currently when I display a graph I can pan back in time but I would like to be able to adjust the time range displayed e.g to see a whole week. Another request is to right click on a graph and copy the data to clipboard, so I could plot in excel etc
In the history panel you can choose to view 1day, 3 days or 7 days.
As for exporting tools - you can pull the JSON response HA sends to the UI using the Chrome Dev Tools.
This isn’t user friendly, but HA UI is not a data exporting tool - there are plenty other tools that can take a database end plot data.

BTW attempted to access the History tab in the HASS gui and the page just hung
The period selector is only on the history page, not at individual entities “more info” windows.
