Access Device Logbook entries for use in notifications

I’ve noticed if I click into a device, the ‘logbook’ card has very useful messages such as: “light turned on triggered by service xyz” and a time stamp.

Is there a way to access this for use in a notification?

i.e. set up a notification as part of an automation and in the message have {{ last log book entry for the entity being automated }}?

looking at the docs I can’t figure out if/how that might be possible.
