Hi, I have always accessed HA via my favourites tab on MS Edge but now when I click the HA tab I receive a message saying Hmmm…can’t reach this page!
Does anybody know who I can rectify this?

More info may be needed to help, but … Can you verify HA is running? Did you add favorite by IP (what is your favorite point to)?-in case your HA changed up address? Did you try different browser?
Thanks for reaching out. I don’t know if HA is running to be honest as I can’t get to the HA home screen. My HA was preinstalled on to a mini computer, which I bought about 6 weeks ago and set up was simple and HA had been running fine. I have tried accessing HA via my mobile app and I am asked for my HA URL, when I enter that a message appears which says unable to connect to HA. I added favourite via IP and the favourite tab displays the HA logo. I haven’t tried another browser.
If you can, connect the mini computer to a monitor (with keyboard and mouse) and share what you see on the screen.
Appreciate your help. Video of the start up was too large to upload here, tried various options to compress but video quality ends up poor. So I took a picture and it does seem that the computer is going to recovery mode, in this case Slot B Recovery shell.
So I need to connect a keyboard and choose one of the first 2 options as shown in the picture, which is Slot A or Slot B. Unfortunately, I don’t have a keyboard so I need to borrow one. Will let you know and thanks again
