Access HAOS locally from CLI?

Is it possible to access the HAOS Filesystem from the CLI directly? I need to update the SSL Certificate and I cannot get into the GUI, but I have full access to the CLI. If I could get access to the Filesystem I could just copy the certificate over from usb.
