Access repository file with FTP or Windows files explorer

I have tried using FileZilla to access in FTP mode and I can’t. I have also made several attempts with Windows Explorer and it does not work.

After many unsuccessful attempts to find a solution, can someone point me in the right direction?

HA is deployed on a Raspberry Pi 4 with an SSD.

If you installed the Samba add-on, Windows File Explorer should work.
