Access the config.txt file in the HOST OS

I need to add my RaspBee II Zigbee radio back into the root config.txt file after a complete crash.

I am not able to access the microSD from a reader on either PC or Mac, nor through SSH to port 22222 (connection refused) or through the Samba add-on.

What is the current path to access the config.txt file in the HOST OS?
