Access to HA on Virtual machine with companion app

I have just installed HA in a virtual machine on a Synology NAS (previously on docker and was fully functioning).

I can access HA in:
Safari on Mac
home assistant app on Mac
Safari on iPhone

But when I try to log in on HA companion app on iPhone I get to enter my username and password and then nothing happens, just a spinning circle.

I get the following warning:
WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.http.ban] Login attempt or request with invalid authentication from localhost (127.0.0.1). (HomeAssistant-Extensions-PushProvider/2022.3 (io.robbie.HomeAssistant.PushProvider; build:2022.358; iOS 15.3.1)

Can you share a screenshot of the spinning? If you wait ~60 seconds, if it’s the app doing something, it should eventually time out and indicate what went wrong, and give you an opportunity to export logs.

I waited more than 5minutes but didn’t get any error. But I just tried to open the app again ~1hour later and now it just works!! Lesson learned, let it take time
