Accessing O-DROID-N2+ OS

I’m still trying to find my way around Home Assistant and am pretty new to Linux, so please forgive me if these are dumb questions.

I purchased one of the ODROID blue units that comes with Home Assistant pre-installed. I have no problem ssh’ing into HA using the add-on, but how do I access the underlying OS (and what distro of linux is it, the system info only tells me it’s version 5.10.103). Will I need to hook up a monitor and keyboard in order to enable ssh?

The reason I want to know is that I plugged in a usb bluetooth adapter, and I don’t know how to tell if it’s working or not. Everything I’ve googled for running in the CLI hasn’t worked, so I figured I probably need to be connecting to whatever is outside of the docker that Home Assistant is in.

No one familiar with these? Also is there a safe way to turn it off? I see in the supervisor I can Shutdown the host, is that all I need to do? Or is it okay to just unplug it from the power?
