Firstly apologies if this is in the wrong category.
I have a Yale smart sync hub and have installed the yale smart living integration but I cannot access any of the sensors connected to the hub, is this normal? Pretty disappointed in yale so far.

Did you get anywhere with this? I’m intrigued to know what Yale lets home assistant see/do before I buy a secondhand sync hub. Thanks
