Account Linking Error in Alexa Custom Skill

Hi

I’ve followed the Amazon Alexa Custom Skill Guide.
AWS testing worked fine.
Alexa Developer console has been configured via secure duckdns.org (e.g. https://ha.XXXXXXXX.duckdns.org) using LetsEncrypt as certificate.
HA, nginx and everything else are working as dockers on a qnap machine.

Direct access to the duckdns address is working perfectly fine.

When I am trying to enable the skill in Alexa App, I am getting the following error.

I don’t have a clue how can I move on from that point.

I gave up on this. Set up matterbridge-home-assistant - working perfectly fine with google home, alexa and even smartthings. Took no more then 10 minutes to set-it up.
