i have the accuweather integration installed, but the update rate is very slow, sometimes 10 hours old.
Is there a way to have it refreshed hourly?

If you grab it too often it will rate limit, so be careful…

AccuWeather integration updates observation weather data every 40 minutes and weather forecast data every 6 hours. More frequent updates are practically impossible due to the number of allowed API requests - 50.
If your HA instance updates data less often, it is possible that your API key is used in several configurations (maybe you share it with someone). You can check how many requests are left by enabling debug log for the integration or going to Settings >> System >> Repairs >> 3 dot menu >> System Information.
