I am trying to create an automation that simply dials a specific phone number on my iOS phone and it seems like this has been covered before but I can’t seem to find a solution. Just want the YAML code for an action to call 1XXXXXXXXXX.
Can anyone help with this or point me in the right direction please?
I don’t know of any built-in generic functionality to dial a phone number but I use the Twilio integration to do that. It’s a built-in integration but you need a Twilio account.
I was able to figure it out. I created a script for an actionable notification and it works pretty well…I still have to click to confirm the dialing action but I’m good with that!

This is the script…add the phone number after the *72
Then just do a “Call service Script:call forward” when conditions are met…
