Hiya,
I’ve contacted Apogee about ways I could integrate their Bluetooth AT-100 µCache to Home Assistant. They’ve provided the API documentation (below) but it looks like what I’d need to do is have ESPHome on my ESP32 (I have the M5Stack Atom Lite, PoESP32 units and even some ESP32-Dev-C) connect to it to basically say “Hi” and keep the connection to it open so it doesn’t go to sleep after 30-odd seconds?
Had to upload the PDF to Drive:
The setup of the unit with the offset values etc is done through the mobile app, no trouble, but what ideally I’d like is for the unit to then remain connected to ESPHome so I can put those values into Home Assistant and start graphing them.
I’ve jerry-rigged the µCache so that it’s mains powered, no more batteries to run flat.
Any advice on where I should be looking from here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
